Angus Rogers President and CEO

Angus Rogers is the Founder and President and CEO of Floridays Development Company, a Sarasota headquartered development company founded in 1990. Floridays has focused on the development of multi-family, luxury high-rise condominiums, single family subdivisions, resort and hotel development.
 

Under Rogers’ guidance Floridays has grown to become a recognized and trusted leader with demonstated vision in conceptualizing and executing solutions that shape project concept into marketable solutions.

James Brearley Developer

James Brearley has been involved in entrepreneurial real estate endeavors since 2004. From industrial acquisition, infill mixed use entitlement, retail development, mixed use adaptive reuse vertical development, environmental mitigation banking, land investment, to residential horizontal lot development, and now has expanded into hotel development as well.
 
Brearly has been fortunate to be involved in a wide range of asset types. While being very detailed oriented, his creativity brings unique solutions to his projects.

Stephen Mullen Developer

Steve Mullen has developed, owned and operated, many hotels throughout his career. Properties include, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, Holiday Inns, Comfort Inns, Best Westerns, Ramada’s, Howard Johnsons, Quality Inns and Park Inns.
 
Mr. Mullen designed and built what became the prototype Hotel for Park Inns International, a Dallas based hotel franchisor in 1987. With Mr. Mullen’s prototype Park Inns grew from a handful of hotels to over 100 in a three year period.
 
Mullen’s construction expertise creates high value which is a cornerstone for Floridays.

Tom Perdew Developer

Tom Perdew has extensive background and experience in the financing, development, management, leasing and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
 
Perdew’s specialities include: business start-up; business ownership and management; real estate project conceptualization, development, leasing, financing, construction, management and sales; real estate partnerships and joint-ventures.
 
Currently managing multi-family ground up construction for the company.

Christine Richmond Senior Financial Analyst

Christine Richmond joined Floridays in 2016 as a Financial Analyst. Mrs. Richmond has her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Florida and her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida. With extensive business experience Christine brings a fresh approach to our company and focuses on special projects, financial statements and budgets, projections, analysis, and communicating with vendors, investors, team leaders and clients.

Laura Tellor Operations Manager

Laura Tellor has a substantial background in banking, customer service, marketing and special events.

After 28 years of experience in finance as a Vice President in Texas and Florida banking institutions, Laura changed careers in 2010 to get involved in commercial development with Floridays Development Co. Due to her proven professionalism and expertise, Laura oversees the daily operations of our busy Sarasota office. She maintains financial accountability, assists with project initiatives, interacts with vendors, clients and Municipalities.
 
Laura provides organizational effectiveness, efficiency and security for all our projects.
Andrew Webb

Andrew Webb Junior Financial Analyst

Andrew Webb joined Floridays in 2022 as a Junior Financial Analyst. Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Eastern Kentucky University. He began his career in the Hospitality Industry during college as a bellman/valet and transitioned his way into the Finance Department. Andrew’s diverse experience in both the operational and hands-on side of hospitality gives him a well-rounded approach to development. He focuses on special projects, assists with financial budgets, projections, analysis and communicating with vendors, team leaders, and clients.
