Grande Riviera – Most people in and around downtown Sarasota are familiar with the Grande Riviera, a 13 unit ultra-luxury residence developed by Floridays CEO, Angus Rogers along with two financial partners.

Located where the Golden Gate Point peninsula tucks into Sarasota Bay and designed with a timeless expression of style, the Grand Riviera evokes an Old World ambiance of Sarasota past.

Adjacent to the heart of downtown, yet set apart in quiet seclusion, this project sits on the southernmost tip of the point, overlooking a blanket of blue bay rippling out to the Gulf of Mexico horizon creating one of Sarasota’s ultimate points of view.


The signature development of Floridays lies outside of Sarasota–Floridays Resort Orlando. This 432 unit, highly acclaimed hotel, is located on South International Drive near SeaWorld and has set the benchmark in Orlando for leisure vacation hospitality.

The Greens at Viera-East: Luxury 228 unit apartment complex with detached garages fronting on a golf course in Viera, Florida.


Two locations, In Coral Springs, Florida a 120 bed facility adjacent to the Coral Springs Hospital featuring all assisted and independent living accommodations. In Tamarac, FL, a 116 bed facility providing 80 beds of assisted living as well as an independent 36 bed Alzheimer unit.


Arlington Lakes is a 195 lot single family sub-division located in Naples, Florida, targeted towards middle income full-time residents of the area. The project is designed in a cluster concept and the homes, all of which will be constructed by the developer, are being architecturally designed to integrate a Mediterranean village theme throughout to project a unique and complementary identity that will stand out from other products in the marketplace.

5300 LOFTS

One of Floridays recent projects is 5300 Lofts in Atlanta, a mixed condo sales and rental project acquired in June, 2011.

Upon closing in late June 2011, Floridays immediately implemented a $1.5 million exterior and interior improvement. Funding for this project was provided by another Sarasota single family investment group familiar with Floridays ’s track record.

At 5300 Lofts, Floridays has utilized marketing techniques employed successfully at Floridays Resort—a search engine optimized website, Facebook, Twitter, PPC advertising, targeted and re-targeted digital advertising, traditional media advertising including newspaper and TV–plus event promotions such as rooftop wine and cheese open houses with designer led presentations and attractive prizes (including vacation packages to Floridays Resort).
